Best seafood market I have ever found. Salmon I highly recommend. It is beautiful, great tasting, and is cut into whatever size portions you want. Everyone is very knowledgeable able and aware of what seasonings or batters work well with anything you buy there. It is easy to go in with a list and have a conversation that makes you want to buy more and sends you leaving with excitement to try cooking for hat you buy following their tips.

Typically my fresh fish is amazing. I've literally never had a problem. This time it smelled weird and a couple of pieces tasted weird. So half my order was thrown away. He was in a grumpy mood also that day. However, I'm sure working with the public can be stressful. Because it is about a 25 minute drive for me, and the fish is expensive, I'm nervous to make the drive and try again.

They are selling things way past the expiration date. I bought this 6/13/26. I don’t care if it was frozen by the freeze date which is 18 months ago. Absolutely despicable to be selling this knowing the quality isn’t the same. And the nerve to sell it full price for $8.99 a pack. I will never ever buy anything from here or support their business. Why are you selling something that old and asking full price. You shouldn’t be selling it at all. I wish I could give zero stars.

The owner is very helpful. He ask what you are looking for and helps you decide by giving you vivid description on how meat tastes, textures, ect. He also gives you instructions on how to cook lobster 🦞 or 🦀 crab legs. Reasonable prices! They have everything! Haven't found anything in didn't love here!

The best Fish and Seafood. Originally went into Mike Donlan's Fish and Seafood in Flint Michigan to purchase ingredients for a Seafood Broil. After purchasing crab legs, shrimp, scallops, beef sausage We were so impressed we returned a few days later to purchase meats for another meal. Mike suggested the salmon. We are so glad we did. Everyone who got a chance to get a piece of the baked salmon commented on it's freshness, texture, color and rich flavor. (full of healthy Omega 3 fatty acids). Literally melts in your mouth. Seasoned with a seasoning which is sold in the store a perfect addition. Don't sleep on this one! Thanks Mike..
